Common problems in electroplating production line and treatment methods of electroplating wastewater |
Time:2018-09-11 Source: Views:1917 |
With the rapid development of industry, the types and quantities of wastewater are increasing rapidly, and the pollution of water body is becoming more and more widespread and serious, threatening human health and safety. For the protection of the environment, the treatment of industrial waste water is more important than the treatment of urban sewage. Although the treatment of industrial wastewater began at the end of the 19th century, and a large number of experimental studies and production practices were carried out in the following half century, there are still some technical problems that have not been completely solved because of the complex composition and changeable nature of many industrial wastewater. Electroplating wastewater is one of the important objects. Let's analyze the common problems in electroplating production line.
Backward production process
(two) wastewater diversion is not clear.
(three) water capacity exceeds facilities handling capacity.
(four) excessive concentration of pollutants in wastewater.
(five) producing new pollutants
The main sources of electroplating and metal addition wastewater are deoiling water, cyanide-containing wastewater, chromium-containing wastewater pickling solution, and the pollutants are transferred to the rinsing water after metal rinsing process. The pickling process involves immersing metal (zinc or copper) in strong acid to remove surface oxides, and then immersing it in a brightener containing strong chromic acid for brightening treatment. The wastewater contains a large number of hydrochloric acid, zinc, copper and other heavy metal ions and organic brighteners, and some of them also contain carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic toxic substances, which do great harm to human beings. Therefore, the plating wastewater must be seriously recycled and treated, so as to eliminate or reduce its pollution to the environment, we can take the following measures:
1. In addition to gold plating, cyanide free plating is needed instead of cyanide plating.
2. Proper organic film processing device is adopted for developing and washing equipment.
3. Coarsening of sodium persulfate instead of ammonium persulfate.
4. Use high purity raw materials.
5. Separate treatment of wastewater.
6. Pretreatment of cyanide-containing wastewater, complex wastewater (copper deposition and alkaline etching), organic wastewater and chemical nickel deposition wastewater should be divided into two parts.
7. Separate the complex wastewater from the comprehensive wastewater, using separate reaction, precipitation and sludge dewatering.
8, waste water should be connected to the wastewater treatment station through pipelines.
9, change the surface mixed flow into pipeline diversion.
10, chemical nickel plating wastewater should be treated separately by oxidation.
11, continuous upgrading of technology, manual plating to automatic production line.
12. Improve cleaner production level, improve rinsing process, reduce waste water discharge, such as multi-stage countercurrent bleaching process;
13. To improve the utilization rate of wastewater and reduce the discharge of wastewater, trough-side treatment is adopted for the reuse of rinsing water.
14, improve the hanging method of hangers and plating parts, reduce the amount of liquid brought out and reduce the concentration of rinse water.
15, the production line is equipped with plating bath recycling tank.
16. The concentrated electroplating waste liquid produced by deposing or replacing the bath solution should be avoided to be discharged into the wastewater treatment station. It should be collected separately and handed over to the qualified professional company for export treatment.
17, improve the wastewater treatment process, from primary treatment to two level treatment.
18, waste acid or waste alkali liquor can be used as a water treatment agent for waste utilization.
